OVERVIEW

At Gadgetrium.com, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time, right to your doorstep. We work with trusted courier partners across Pakistan to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every customer.

 

SECTION 1 — SHIPPING HUB

All orders are packed and dispatched from our facility located in Multan. Once your order is confirmed, it is processed and handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

 

SECTION 2 — SHIPPING COST

We currently offer free delivery on all orders across Pakistan, with no minimum order value required. No shipping charges will be added at checkout.

This offer applies to standard orders. Delivery terms on promotional or special sale orders may vary and will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page where applicable.

 

SECTION 3 — DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by the following:

  • Remote or out-of-service areas
  • Public holidays or government-declared off days
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Courier operational delays

Gadgetrium.com is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. However, we will do our best to keep you informed if your order is delayed.

 

SECTION 4 — ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a confirmation call or message will be sent before dispatch. Orders are subject to stock availability at the time of confirmation.

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer either a replacement, a wait time estimate, or a full refund.

 

SECTION 5 — SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status directly through our courier partner's tracking portal.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@gadgetrium.com.

 

SECTION 6 — RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

We recommend inspecting the outer packaging for any visible damage before accepting delivery. If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, please note it at the time of receiving and contact us immediately.

For electronic gadgets and accessories, we recommend referring to the included user manual before assuming a product is faulty, as some devices require initial setup. All delivered items are covered under our Return & Refund Policy.

 

SECTION 7 — PAYMENT ON DELIVERY

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery by the courier. Please have the exact or approximate amount ready to avoid any inconvenience.

We also accept prepaid orders via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. Prepaid orders are prioritized and dispatched sooner than COD orders in most cases.
