Refund policy
OVERVIEW
At Gadgetrium.com, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every order to reach you in perfect condition and exactly as described. If something goes wrong, we are here to make it right — fairly and without unnecessary hassle.
This policy applies to all orders placed on Gadgetrium.com and delivered within Pakistan.
SECTION 1 — RETURN WINDOW
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement under any circumstances.
SECTION 2 — ELIGIBLE REASONS FOR RETURN
We accept return requests only in the following two situations:
- You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered)
- The product delivered has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit
Please note: Change of mind is not an acceptable reason for return or refund. We do not accept returns for any reason other than the two situations listed above.
SECTION 3 — MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT
To protect both our customers and our business, an unboxing video is mandatory for all defective or wrong item claims. Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process your return, refund, or replacement request.
The unboxing video must meet the following conditions:
- Recording must begin before the parcel is opened, clearly showing the sealed outer packaging
- The entire unboxing process must be recorded in one continuous, uncut video
- The video must clearly show the item(s) received, including any damage or defect
- The parcel label showing your name and order details must be visible at the start of the video
- The video must be shared with us within 7 days of delivery
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained, regardless of the circumstances.
SECTION 4 — RETURN CONDITIONS
In addition to providing an unboxing video, the returned item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in the exact condition in which it was received
- Original product packaging, manufacturer's box, manuals, warranty cards, and all accessories are included
- Nothing is defaced, marked, damaged, or missing from the original package
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.
SECTION 5 — YOUR RESOLUTION OPTIONS
Once your return request is approved, you may choose either of the following resolutions:
Option A — Replacement We will dispatch a replacement unit of the same product at no additional cost. Delivery of the replacement follows our standard shipping timeline of 3 to 5 business days.
Option B — Refund A full refund of the product amount will be issued to you through your original payment method. Refund timelines are as follows:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 3–5 business days after approval
- Bank Transfer: Returned to your original bank account within 3–5 business days after approval
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash: Returned to your original wallet number within 2–3 business days after approval
Please note: Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.
SECTION 6 — RETURN SHIPPING COST
If your return is approved due to a defective or wrong item, Gadgetrium.com will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a pickup through our courier partner. Do not send the item back on your own without prior confirmation from our team, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
SECTION 7 — SALE ITEMS
Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer are not eligible for refund. If a sale item arrives defective or incorrect, a replacement will be offered subject to stock availability.
SECTION 8 — HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return
- Share your unboxing video clearly showing the defect or wrong item received
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm eligibility
- Upon approval, choose your preferred resolution — replacement or refund
- We will arrange a free courier pickup for the item
- Your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item back
SECTION 9 — LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeline, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account or mobile wallet again
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary
- If the issue persists, reach out to us directly and we will investigate immediately
